Booking
How do I book a tour?
You can book directly through our website, contact us via WhatsApp, or send us an email. We will confirm your booking as soon as possible.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible in advance. During peak travel seasons, earlier reservations are highly recommended.
Do you offer private tours?
Yes. We offer both Small Group Tours and Fully Private Tours throughout Vietnam.
Can I customize my trip?
Absolutely. We can tailor your itinerary based on your interests, travel style, schedule, and budget.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Wise, bank transfer, and cash (USD or VND).
When do I need to pay?
You can pay securely online before your trip or arrange payment before your tour begins.
Hotel Pickup
Do you provide hotel pickup?
Yes. Complimentary hotel pickup and drop-off are available within Hanoi Old Quarter. If you’re staying outside the area, we’ll arrange a convenient meeting point.
Safety
Do I need any riding experience?
No. On our motorbike, Vespa, and Jeep tours, you travel comfortably while our experienced local drivers take care of everything.
Is safety equipment provided?
Yes. We provide high-quality helmets, rain ponchos, and all necessary safety equipment at no additional cost.
Is travel insurance included?
Yes. Local travel insurance is included during your tour but we recommend you have your own.
Food & Dietary Requirements
Can you accommodate special dietary needs?
Yes. Vegetarian, gluten-free, and other dietary requests will be limited choices but can be arranged with advance notice.
What if I have food allergies?
Please let us know when booking so we can prepare suitable alternatives whenever possible.
Weather
Do tours operate in bad weather?
Yes. Our tours operate rain or shine. We provide complimentary rain ponchos if needed.
If severe weather affects safety, we’ll help you reschedule or discuss suitable alternatives.
Cancellation & Changes
What is your cancellation policy?
- Free cancellation more than 48 hours before departure.
- Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
Can I change my booking date?
Yes. Date changes are available free of charge when requested more than 48 hours before your tour.
During the Tour
What should I wear?
We recommend comfortable clothing, closed-toe shoes, sunglasses, and sunscreen.
What should I bring?
Bring your camera, personal medication (if needed), and a sense of adventure. We’ll take care of the rest.
Families & Children
Are children welcome?
Yes. We offer family-friendly experiences. Please contact us for age recommendations and suitable tour options.
