All payment instructions will be provided in your booking confirmation email.

2. Payment Timing

Depending on the type of tour or booking platform, payment may be required in one of the following ways:

  • Full payment at the time of booking.
  • A deposit to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due before the tour starts.
  • Payment upon arrival, if previously approved by Vietnam Women Tours.

Your booking is confirmed only after payment or deposit has been successfully received.

3. Currency

Our tour prices are primarily quoted in United States Dollars (USD).

For payments made in other currencies, the final amount may vary according to your bank or payment provider’s exchange rate on the transaction date.

4. Credit & Debit Card Payments

We accept major international cards, including:

  • JCB

Card payments are processed through our secure payment partners using industry-standard encryption to protect your personal and financial information.

Some banks may charge international transaction or currency conversion fees. These charges are determined by your card issuer and are the responsibility of the cardholder.

5. Wise & Bank Transfers

Guests who prefer international bank transfers may pay via Wise or direct bank transfer.

Please note:

  • Any transfer fees charged by your bank or payment provider are the responsibility of the sender.
  • Your booking will be confirmed once the payment has been received and verified.

Bank account details will only be provided through our official email correspondence.

6. Cash Payments

Cash payments may be accepted for selected bookings when agreed in advance.

We recommend paying in:

  • United States Dollars (USD)
  • Vietnamese Dong (VND)

Please prepare the exact amount whenever possible.

7. Taxes & Service Charges

Unless otherwise stated, all published tour prices include:

  • Government taxes (where applicable)
  • Service charges
  • Guide services
  • Transportation as listed in the itinerary
  • Meals and activities included in the tour description

Any optional expenses or personal purchases are not included unless specifically mentioned.

8. Payment Security

Vietnam Women Tours takes payment security seriously.

We do not store your credit card information on our website or internal systems. All online payments are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways using encrypted technology.

9. Refunds

Refund requests are handled in accordance with our Booking & Cancellation Policy.

Where a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Bank transfer fees, currency conversion fees, and payment processing charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

Once your payment has been successfully received, we will send you a confirmation email including:

  • Tour Details
  • Pickup Information
  • Contact Information
  • Important Travel Notes

Please review the confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.

11. Fraud Prevention

To protect both our guests and our business, Vietnam Women Tours reserves the right to:

  • Verify payment information when necessary.
  • Request additional identification for suspicious transactions.
  • Decline or cancel bookings involving suspected fraudulent activity.

Any refunded payments related to fraudulent transactions will follow the procedures required by the payment provider.
