ITINERARY
Hanoi – Ha Giang – Quan Ba – Yen Minh – Dong Van – Ma Pi Leng Pass – Meo Vac – Du Gia – Bac Me – Bao Lam – Bao Lac – Cao Bang – Nguom Ngao Cave – Ban Gioc Waterfall – Khuoi Ky Village – God’s Eye Mountain – Hanoi
Day 1: Hanoi – Ha Giang – Quan Ba – Yen Minh – Dong Van
Your private adventure begins with a comfortable transfer from Hanoi to Ha Giang.
Upon arrival, meet your Vietnamese women-led tour team and continue into the mountains by private open-air Jeep. The scenery quickly changes as the road climbs through dramatic limestone landscapes toward Bac Sum Pass.
Continue to Quan Ba Heaven Gate for panoramic views over the mountains and valleys, including the famous Twin Mountains. After enjoying the scenery, continue through Yen Minh, passing mountain villages, forests and terraced fields.
In the afternoon, travel deeper into the Dong Van Karst Plateau and pass through the spectacular Tham Ma Pass. Visit the historic Hmong King Palace in Sa Phin, an important cultural and architectural site connected with the Hmong people of the region.
Continue to Dong Van Town, check into your accommodation and enjoy dinner. In the evening, you can take a short walk around the peaceful old town.

Day 2: Dong Van – Ma Pi Leng Pass – Nho Que River – Meo Vac – Mau Due – Du Gia
After breakfast, leave Dong Van and follow the famous Happiness Road toward Ma Pi Leng Pass.
This is one of the most spectacular sections of the Ha Giang Loop. Towering limestone cliffs surround the road while the Nho Que River winds through the deep valley below. Stop at selected viewpoints to enjoy panoramic views and photograph the extraordinary landscape.
Continue toward Meo Vac before traveling through the quieter mountain roads around Lung Ho and Mau Due. The landscape becomes increasingly remote, with traditional villages, terraced fields, limestone peaks and valleys stretching in every direction.
After lunch, continue toward Du Gia through winding mountain roads. The scenery gradually changes as you descend into the peaceful Du Gia Valley.
Arrive at your accommodation, enjoy dinner and relax in the quiet mountain surroundings.
Overnight in Du Gia.
Day 3: Du Gia – Bac Me – Bao Lam – Me Pia Pass – Bao Lac
After breakfast, leave Du Gia and travel beyond the classic Ha Giang Loop toward Bao Lac.
Today’s route takes you through some of the quieter and less-visited landscapes of northern Vietnam. Travel through Bac Me and Bao Lam, passing forests, limestone mountains, hidden valleys and traditional communities.
The journey offers plenty of opportunities to stop for photographs and experience the changing mountain scenery. Continue toward the dramatic Me Pia Pass, where a spectacular series of bends winds through the mountains.
This remote landscape provides a different perspective of northern Vietnam, far from the busiest tourist routes.
Continue to Bao Lac, a peaceful mountain town surrounded by forests and limestone mountains.
After check-in, enjoy dinner and relax after a full day on the mountain roads.

Day 4: Bao Lac – Cao Bang – Nguom Ngao Cave – Ban Gioc Waterfall – Khuoi Ky Village
After breakfast, continue from Bao Lac toward Cao Bang through spectacular mountain scenery.
The road winds through limestone peaks, forests and rural valleys before reaching the Ban Gioc region.
Visit Nguom Ngao Cave, one of northern Vietnam’s most impressive natural caves. Explore the underground chambers and admire the remarkable limestone formations created over thousands of years.
Continue through the countryside toward Ban Gioc Waterfall.
Surrounded by limestone mountains and lush green landscapes, Ban Gioc is one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Vietnam. Take time to enjoy the different viewpoints and photograph the falls. When local conditions allow, you can also take a bamboo raft for a closer view of the waterfall.
After exploring Ban Gioc, continue to Khuoi Ky Village, a traditional Tay village known for its distinctive stone houses.
Enjoy dinner and experience the peaceful atmosphere of the village.

Day 5: Ban Gioc – God’s Eye Mountain – Cao Bang – Hanoi
After breakfast, leave the Ban Gioc area and begin the final day of your journey.
Travel through the beautiful mountains of Cao Bang toward God’s Eye Mountain, a distinctive natural formation surrounded by green valleys and dramatic limestone landscapes.
Stop to enjoy the scenery and take photographs before continuing through the peaceful countryside toward Cao Bang City.
After lunch, begin the private journey back to Hanoi.
As you leave the mountains behind, the landscape gradually changes from dramatic limestone peaks to the countryside surrounding the capital.
